
30 Dec High Five Events: New Year’s Resolutions
Here at High Five Events we work tirelessly to produce endurance events year-round. 2016 was a banner year for us and we look forward to surpassing our efforts in 2017! With that in mind, we asked each other what our New Year’s Resolutions would be for 2017. Read ours below. What your New Year’s Resolution?
Resolutionˌ /rezəˈlo͞oSH(ə)n/ – noun – a firm decision to do or not to do something.
John – to win more at fantasy football.
Stacy – I have two! To be less of a night owl by shutting off electronics by 10:30 p.m. and lights out by 11:30; work hard to make sure that the Austin Marathon is the best one ever!
William – reduce road running; increase trail running, cycling, swimming.
Dan – ride my bike to work more often.
Jack – reduce procrastinating.
Joey – run more consistently and continue my streak of not caring about the office fantasy football league.
Scott – run at least one half marathon, compete in the FloTrack Beer Mile World Championships, and finish a triathlon.
Jonathan – bike more; eat less fast food.
