High Five Events introduces Ben Phillips – Engel & Volkers Austin as the Official Realtor of the 2017 Jack’s Generic Triathlon. Phillips, an endurance athlete himself, has been a partner of Jack’s Generic Triathlon for the past seven years and is sponsoring the reusable bag all participants receive this year.

“Jack’s Generic Tri is a classic Austin triathlon celebrating its 15th anniversary and I’m excited to be a sponsor and participant,” said Ben Phillips, Real Estate Advisor Engel & Völkers. “I support the fitness community both professionally and personally and am passionate about finding homes for athletes in locations that allow them to maximize their time spent training.”

Ben Phillips – Engel & Volkers Austin knows Austin extensively and is a mainstay in the endurance athlete community. Not only does he sponsor various endurance events around town, he often participates in them as well. Phillips uses his real estate experience and knowledge of Austin to help athletes find homes that are within proximity of where they need to train.

“Whether swimming, biking, running, or working out, Ben’s knowledge of Austin’s training locations benefits all of his clients,” said Jack Murray, co-owner of High Five Events. “He works tirelessly to find folks the home of their dreams and we’re glad to have him back for another year as a sponsor and an athlete.”

Jack’s Generic Triathlon is set to take place on Sunday, August 6th and will begin at 7:30 a.m. The triathlon will be held at Lake Pflugerville – near Austin, Texas – and offers participants various options,  including sprint, intermediate, relay, and aquabike. Jack’s Generic Tri was created 15 years ago with the participant in mind and is well-known as one of the more participant-friendly triathlons. Registration is still open for Jack’s Generic Triathlon. Volunteer positions are available as well.
